Terms of Use
1. Acceptance and Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TriDrishta corporate website, public content, forms, documentation and publicly accessible demonstration environment (collectively, the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Corporate Information
TriDrishta provides governance, risk and compliance technology and professional services. The TriDrishta GRC Platform is designed for controlled, on-premises enterprise deployment. The Website is provided for information, evaluation and business engagement purposes.
3. Public Demo Environment
The Live Demo is a non-production demonstration environment intended to illustrate product capabilities and user experience. Data, metrics, assets, risks, vulnerabilities, controls, reports, users and other records displayed in the demo are illustrative and must not be treated as customer data or as a statement of actual security posture.
You must not upload confidential, personal, regulated, proprietary, credential, production or other sensitive information into a public demonstration environment unless TriDrishta expressly authorizes such use in writing.
4. Permitted Use
You may use the Website for legitimate business evaluation, research, communication with TriDrishta and other lawful purposes. You must comply with applicable laws and regulations and must not use the Website to harm TriDrishta, its customers, personnel, infrastructure or third parties.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website, demo environment, accounts, systems or infrastructure.
- Scanning, probing, exploiting or intentionally disrupting Website infrastructure.
- Uploading malware, malicious code, credentials, unlawful material or content designed to compromise systems.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or attempting to derive source code from software except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Circumventing access controls, rate limits, authentication or security mechanisms.
- Using automated activity in a manner that materially degrades availability or performance.
- Misrepresenting affiliation with TriDrishta or another person or organization.
- Using the Website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All TriDrishta names, logos, trademarks, designs, software interfaces, documentation, text, graphics, visual assets, product concepts and other Website materials are owned by or licensed to TriDrishta and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except for the limited right to access the Website for its intended purpose, no license or ownership right is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit or create derivative works from TriDrishta materials without prior written authorization.
7. Confidentiality
Information exchanged under a separate confidentiality agreement or enterprise contract will be governed by that agreement. Nothing in these public Terms creates a confidentiality obligation for information that is publicly available or intentionally submitted to a public demo environment.
8. Customer and Enterprise Agreements
Where TriDrishta provides software, implementation, GRC services, Policies & Governance services or vCISO services under a written agreement, the applicable agreement will govern the commercial relationship. In the event of a conflict, the negotiated agreement will take precedence over these Website Terms to the extent specified in that agreement.
9. Professional and Compliance Information
Website content, framework references, examples, maturity indicators and demonstrations are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, audit, certification, accounting or other professional advice and do not guarantee that an organization will achieve certification, compliance, a particular audit result or a particular security outcome.
Organizations should assess their specific obligations, risks, controls and regulatory requirements with appropriately qualified personnel and advisers.
10. Security Responsibilities
TriDrishta applies reasonable security measures to the Website. However, users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices, credentials, networks and information and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access or security concerns.
11. Availability and Changes
TriDrishta may modify, suspend or discontinue portions of the Website, including the public demo, without prior notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, product changes or business requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Website may reference or link to third-party products, websites or services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. TriDrishta does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security or privacy practices.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Website and public demo are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TriDrishta disclaims warranties not expressly stated in a written agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TriDrishta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the Website. Any liability under a customer or enterprise engagement will be governed by the applicable written agreement and its negotiated limitations.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold TriDrishta and its personnel harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the demo environment.
16. Suspension and Termination
TriDrishta may restrict or terminate access to the Website or public demo where necessary to protect security, availability, intellectual property, users, customers or legitimate business interests, or where these Terms are violated.
17. Export, Sanctions and Lawful Use
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website and any information submitted complies with applicable export-control, sanctions, trade and other laws applicable to you and your organization.
18. Governing Law
These Website Terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable to TriDrishta’s contracting entity, subject to mandatory legal requirements. For a production corporate website, the final governing-law jurisdiction and courts should be confirmed by TriDrishta’s legal counsel and stated here before publication.
19. Changes to These Terms
TriDrishta may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use of the Website after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
